am: water, coffee, microwaved apple with cinnamon. Delicious!

Today is my day off, so I’ll get the chance to update what I’ve been up too. This summer in July I got a kitten. He’s an orange tabby, with beautiful swirl markings, and one small black spot. The only down fall about him is he may very well be the spawn of Satan! He purrs and bites at the same time. The only conclusion I can come up with for this is he is happiest when attacking and biting you. Certainly well meaning, unsuspecting, naïve, people say this is the way they show love. (Scratches all over and blood drenched hands and feet) Even if this may be fact, I would still like to point out that this is an abusive relationship. I shouldn’t say any more as I feel his quizzical stare watching my every move. Now I feel compelled to tell you that this little spawn has brought so much joy to my life. If I was to tell him to watch what I eat, I’m positive he would never let me eat again. He already has me on a short leash.  He controls my every move. He tells me when to wake, when to feed him, when to shower. He is relentless and unforgiving! But OH so cute. Maybe I should have mentioned, I also watch his every move! He can’t be out of my sight for even a second and I call his name in a high pitched voice until I know exactly where he is and what he is doing. If he fails to show up or answer me I have a trick where all I have to do is shake his treat bag and he comes a runnin! Even from upstairs or when in a deep slumber. Then I smother him with Love and Kisses. I also tell him when to wake up, when to sleep, when to eat, and when to shower. So I imagine he would say if someone where to ask that his mommy might very well be the daughter of Satan!

His name is Chester. but I have all kinds of names for him. Chess, Chessa, Chesssy, Chessey Mufasa,  plain Mufasa, sweet bay Chessey , and so on. We run we play. This may be my way to permanent weight loss.

Now I’m going to go for a walk as there won’t be time later, I’ve got the chiropractor and its Cody’s Birthday. Mufasa will not be Pleased!

I’m back. 2 miles, yeah!

lunch: chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread, with salsa and ice coffee with fat free creamer.

dinner: Flat iron steak, salad smothered in ranch dressing, a baked sweet potato with cinnamon, sugar and butter. I was pretty good, I skipped the honey wheat bread and butter and didn’t even order a coffee. I had a small piece of Pepperidge Farm vanilla confetti cake and opted out of Resses  Pieces sundaes. We watched “The Witch” which happens to be the best Halloween movie we watched so far. But it is only Oct 5th.

Wed. October 4 th. Safety in numbers!

Happy hump day! 4th of October 4th day of the diet:

am : water, oatmeal with cinnamon and blueberries, coffee with fat free creamer.

right before work: a chicken sandwich on 1 slice whole wheat toast with salsa. I’m trying to avoid the head ach I sometimes experience from dieting.

Went to work. It was a slow day. Its been slow lately. Had a chance to talk with the other servers about dieting. They also want to join in. I hope they will because I really believe that you accomplish a lot more when you have others by your side. Safety in numbers. Hopefully goals met. Drank a yogurt smoothie.

dinner: chicken with green beans in olive oil with garlic. and some grapes. Not bad.

Went for a 3 mile walk and had an ice coffee with lots of ice and a little fat free creamer. Then of course I got the hiccups, my body’s way of protesting NO SUGAR! I don’t give in I had a nice big glass of cold water. (My body is not the boss of me) Now I’m going to watch “Annabelle ” snack free 🙁 maybe I’ll have a raspberry yogurt. I should be good, tomorrow is Cody’ s birthday and we are going out. I can’t wait! We’re talking dinner, cake , all the fixins and coffee with fat free creamer!!!!

Watched Annabelle and skipped the yogurt, yeah me.

I’m BACKKKK!

It seems I keep turning up here like a bad penny. (a fat asss bad penny) This time my oldest son is getting married. I only gave myself a month to lose this time, not surprising, right? I actually started in slow yesterday:

morning: water, coffee, Weis Peach, oatmeal

dinner: half of a Ceaser chicken wrap, banana smoothie

snack: can of spinach, coffee with fat free cream

 

October 2:

AM:  Oatmeal with blueberries, coffee with fat free  creamer.

Lunch : muscle punch

Dinner: chicken, green beans, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green pepper stir fry. hot coffee and yogurt drink.

snack: Wendys chili

 

October 3:

AM: oatmeal with blueberries, 2 hot coffees with fat free creamer

Lunch: chicken sandwich with salsa on toasted wheat bread

Dinner: Chicken with salsa, green beans, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green pepper stir fry and red grapes, hot coffee with fat free creamer.

Progress?

My update: still 140 lbs.

I haven’t really been working the diet thing to good. Now the weather is nicer so I’m back to a 2 mile walk at night. I’m going back to keeping track of what I eat. This is definitely a useful tool to see how you easily put on weight without being aware. Now I’m going to use this useful tool to find out why I’ve been getting wicked stomach aches.   The past couple of weeks I have gotten awful stomach aches at least once each week. Even on my Birthday. So starting with yesterday:

Wed. May 28, 2015. No problem (stomach ache)

am: fruit loops, fat free milk, small coffee with fat free creamer, infused lemon, lime, cucumber water.

off to work with spark

no lunch

pm: b.l.t. on 2 pieces of rye toast with extra bacon, water, 2 slices of square pizza with onions, small coffee with fat free creamer

snack: raspberry truffle yogurt, 2 butterscotch krimpets, airborne drink, and infused lemon, lime, cucumber water

Today, Big Problem

am: 2 scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, yellow peppers, tomato, and bacon in a lettuce leaf sandwich, small coffee with fat free creamer, infused lemon, lime cucumber water

Did dishes, pooped, took shower and bam out of no where killer stomach ache!

Remedy: 2 pepto bismol , 6 extra strength tums, 4 small waters.

Not working!

I’m going to try advil. Today is my day off, have a bunch of fun things planned, so not into this!

I really need to go back to my chicken diet!!!!

Another Hump in the road

Happy Hump Day!

am: fish pill, catalyst pill and water

30 minutes later: instant maple oatmeal, small coffee with fat full caramel creamer and water. Off to work with my Spark.

Another slow day so I chose to skip my meal replacement drink again due to the fact I had break about an hour after I got there. My boss lost like a million pounds and inches and only just started the cleanse. Don’t get me wrong I’m super happy for him but I only lost five pounds and worked very hard at this in the beginning. I’m a little discouraged here. Left work early so I didn’t get the full work workout!

Dinner: Fattening chicken enchiladas, made with grilled chicken, cream cheese, chipotle cheese, corn tortillas and topped with green enchilada sauce, and water. Delicious, why can’t food that’s good for you taste like that. Then went for a nice walk, stopped at the store and got an after Easter Reese’s peanut butter egg. It’s true I’m hopeless.  Got home had a great big glass of water, but its inevitable I’m gonna have a small coffee with fat full caramel creamer and a small strawberry cheesecake desert.

Never got a chance to post yesterday. My granddaughters birthday was awesome. She had a great day. I was pretty good except I had 2 medium ice caramel coffees from Dunkin, cheese puffs, olives, cupcake, turkey sandwich on one  slice whole wheat bread, and water. That was just at the party, then when I got home I had a cube steak with ketchup, a salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and water. I was a little bit disappointed nobody even noticed that I lost some weight. I said ” Didn’t you notice I lost five pounds and three inches” and everyone is like yes you look thinner, with that bull crap false, after the fact, now that you mention it response. I know I still have a long way to go, before anyone really notices. I’m doing it for me anyways so I guess it doesn’t matter.

Today am: fish pill, catalyst and water.

30 minutes later: two eggs, slice of honey wheat toast, small coffee with fat free half and half and water. Off to work with spark.

It was a slow Monday. I forgot my pedometer so can’t give an actual account of how few steps, miles and calories were burned. I hope it’s nice weather tomorrow, maybe I can get a good walk in.

Even though it was slow I got my lunch break about a half hour after I got to work so I wasn’t hungry, willingly skipped my vanilla meal replacement drink. (Sure if it was a vanilla ice coffee or a donut I wouldn’t be skipping lunch. You know me so well.)

Dinner: fish pills, catalyst, and water. Three gluten free ginger cookies, chicken sandwich on one slice honey wheat toast, broccoli, salad with lettuce, cucumber, radish, peppers and balsamic vinaigrette, water, small coffee with fat free half and water.

snack: Medium caramel ice coffee, boston cream donut, two gluten free ginger cookies, and four chocolate marshmallow candies. Wow that was a lot of snack! Its good to keep track. I can see I’m going to have to find an exercise program that won’t hurt my back. I like to roller blade, bike ride and play tennis. Bike riding sometimes hurts my back but if I take it slow, the possibilities are endless!

Saturday, never Sat

am: nothing. Didn’t want to take any pills today. Yesterday I didn’t feel to good so today I decided to skip them. I’m not used to taking the catalyst again so I’m waiting till I’m off work to start taking them again. I did take the fish pills with breakfast. I had two eggs with dry honey whole wheat toast, small coffee with fat free half and half, and water. Off to work with Spark in hand. Everyone who works on Saturday hates it. For some reason it never goes good or runs smooth. Co workers are always late, call off, or don’t show up. Most Saturdays I come home with either a migraine or just an overall ill feeling. Today was no different. Didn’t get time for my meal replacement shake, or even water. Just ordered steak and cheese hoagie and small pizza from Main Line Pizza and Hoagie shop for dinner. I only ate half the hoagie and 2 cuts of pizza, water and small coffee with fat free half and half. Took an advil pm and took a nap.

Woke up had a small dish of vanilla ice cream with swirls of raspberry and water. Feel much better now. Could go for some candy and a Dunkin Donut coffee. (Dieters beware of impulse shopping and evil cravings!)

Maybe I’ll walk down for a medium caramel ice coffee  with cream and sugar, only 260 calories. I only burned 487.5 all day. UGH!

Planning on laying back watching a movie tonight. Big day tomorrow, granddaughters first Birthday party! Woo Hoo Cake Day! Can’t wait to see that Birthday Girl.

Just kidding no fry’s today!

am: done with the max phase so now I’m back to fish pills, catalyst pills and water.

30 minutes later: egg with one slice honey wheat toast, small coffee with fat free half and half. Off to work with spark.

lunch: vanilla meal replacement shake, kept my word to myself to make the time to eat lunch.

dinner: $2.00 Friendly burger special on rye with a small coffee fribble, small coffee with fat free half and half and water.

Good day of exercise 19185 steps

7.19 miles walked

and this is just at work, yea who am I kidding I ‘ll spend the rest of the night in front of my computer. Oh the exciting life of Granny Panty!

Just in case you where wondering the furnace didn’t add any water so its most likely the coil. I’m going to watch this weekend and call on Monday.

Work tomorrow, now I’m off to Skyrim to kill some bandits and dragons. (the secret life of Granny Panty)

 

 

Thursday Day off or off Day?

am: pills and water

Already finished the max phase but of course I screwed up somewhere and had a couple of pills left, so took them. Had oat cereal with fat free milk small coffee, and water. Waiting for Suburban propane to come to check the furnace. Its been slowly filling itself with water. I was wondering why I didn’t have to add water every other day this winter. Now that its been warmer, I use that phrase in a relative term, I noticed I have to drain instead of add water. You now how in a divorce the woman usually gets the house. Eventually all the so called repairs are ex’s have made or failed to do so, start to crumble. So if you think you have won in a divorce to easily its probably because your ex was a so called handy man and he just sits back and waits for the cookie or house to crumble! The repairmen came around 11:00. I haven’t even showered yet, for fear I’d miss him. They told me to shut one of the valves tonight when I go to bed, mark with tape and check in the morning to see if fills any. It could have a pin hole in the boiler. Will probably be expensive to fix. Chalk one for the ex! On the flip side I won’t be able to afford food so maybe I can loose a couple more pounds. I know your body goes into starvation mode which I heard kills your metabolism. Especially with age. You should never skip meals. Note to self I’m gonna make sure I take the time at work to eat!

about 30 minutes later I was still hungry so I had broccoli, carrots, cauliflower in cheese sauce.

dinner: Friendly’s $2:00 cheese burger on grilled rye bread, more veggies, a   small vanilla fribble, water and a small coffee with fat free half and half and sugar.

snack : boston cream donut

My new favorite term don’t judge me! I’m going to have the same dinner tomorrow and probably Saturday.

I only walked 2198 steps

burned 54.3 calories

and walked 0.82 miles

UGH what a crappy day off, it snowed and my brother in laws friend passed a way from cancer. My brother in law passed last June.

Will try harder tomorrow, at least I know I’ll get more walking in at work. Good night.

Happy Hump Day!

Off to work with a Spark!

Busy day. Still have the $2.00 burger special! I can’t imagine why you would order anything instead. Didn’t get a chance to eat my meal replacement shake. So skipped lunch, if I get hungry later I’ll eat that. I bought a $2.00 burger meal for my dinner had it on rye bread with a vanilla fribble. I worked with Sherry and she lost even more weight! She looks fantastic, I’m so proud of her. I didn’t loose any more but didn’t gain any either. It doesn’t surprise me I really do have a hard time losing weight. My other boss started the cleanse  and he already lost three pounds! My sponsor feels bad for me she gave me a modern fitness pedometer, it works with an Iphone or android phone, I have neither. But it’s super cool on its own! I walked 20738  steps, burned 558.0 calories and walked 7.77 miles so far today. I really walk a lot at work. I wonder what I would weigh with an office job lol. Maybe I do take out all the calories in ice cream and food. ( what a great server, to take out the calories for you and gain the weight so you don’t) I need a different job. lol

Today is my last day on the max phase. Score  0 lost and 0 found. I’m going to continue to cut back on what I consume, drink more water, and eat less sugar. I’m absolutely doing the cleanse again in July, that will be the 3 month wait. I’m also going to keep track of my walking and will continue my food diary. The food diary really helps, I hate to write down the bad food I eat but don’t want to lie to you or myself either. I’m trying an honest approach so we can decide if Advocare really helps. I think it does, how about you? Feel free to leave a comment. If I can help just one over weight person or loose weight or even just feel good about themselves I’d be as happy as I would with a donut and a coffee!!!!

Off tomorrow! Yippee! Have to wait for the man to come back to fix my furnace it’s filling itself with water. It must be on a diet too!
