am 3 catalyst pills, 2 probiotic pills, water
breakfast: small coffee with non dairy creamer, chicken sandwich with spinach and peach salsa on one slice whole wheat bread, water
Off for work,
lunch: spark, snow peas, radish, blue berries, water
snack when I got home, left over stir fry, chicken, garlic. celery, carrots, broccoli, and peppers
dinner: 3 catalyst pills, 2 fish pills and water
salad, made with spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, and chicken with cumin and chili powder, topped off with peach salsa, water, small coffee with non dairy creamer
So far my diet is going well, I miss coffee with cream and sugar the most, ( Dunkin and a doughnut) I am really committed to this diet. I wonder if thinking about goodies makes me fat? I still haven’t even lost one lb. yet 🙁 Amber, also on the Advocare diet already lost a lb. Sherry is also dieting and can see places on her body she hasn’t been able to see for awhile. lol My Advocare sponsor said not to worry I will loose inches. She is also my boss and good friend. Good friends are hard to come by and I’m blessed with several. I have been avoiding the bad word. Yes you already guessed. Exercise! I’m not surprised the word Exercise and Exorcist are so similar, they are both demons to be avoided. Must remember I can do this.
