Day 4

am: 3 catalyst pills, probotic restore, vitamin, water

breakfast: chicken sandwich with lettuce and salsa on 1 slice whole wheat bread, a small coffee with almond milk, 2 fish pills, and water

Off to work, get there get my stomach measured 39 inches (disgusting) Still did not even lose one lb. I’m discouraged but am not giving up yet!

lunch: brown rice, spark, blueberries, radish, grapes, snow peas, water

dinner: 3 catalyst, water

chicken sandwich, spinach, salsa on one slice whole wheat bread, small coffee with almond milk, 2 fish pills, water

snack: blueberries and almonds

before bed: 3 herbal cleanse
