Day 3

am: 3 catalyst tablets, water

breakfast: 2 fish pills, fiber drink, small coffee with almond milk, chicken sandwich, lettuce, salsa, on whole wheat bread

Don’t feel very good today either. Worst of all it’s my day off 🙁

A little later I eat a piece of dry whole wheat toast, water, advil, and a vitamin

Start to feel better now so off to my sisters. This is a tough test because we like to get a dunkin’ coffee and a doughnut. Sunday is usually eat out day! My favorite kind of day! Not gonna happen. So instead we take the dog to the park, take some photo’s, stop and get her a coffee. Then back to the house where I indulge with a hot coffeechino, small brown rice, snow peas and radish! Now I’m ready for shopping.

dinner: 3 catalyst, water

2 egg white omelet, made with mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, 2 fish pills, water, small coffee with almond milk

snack: 2 handfuls of blueberries, almonds, banana

before bed: 3 herbal cleanse tablets

Pretty good day, I can do this.
