breakfast: oatmeal with banana, blueberries and almond milk, small coffee with almond milk, 2 fish pills, water and a vitamin
Day off yah!
lunch: chicken sandwich, spinach, peach salsa, on one slice of whole wheat bread, water and an energy drink
dinner: 3 catalyst, 2 fish pills and water
stir fry made with chicken, garlic, carrots, peppers, broccoli and brown rice, water
snack: apple microwaved with cinnamon and nutmeg, small coffee with non dairy creamer, handful peanuts, half of banana and water
before bed: 3 herbal cleanse and water
