$2.00 Burgers at Friendly’s

30 minutes later: cinnamon oat cereal with fat free milk, small coffee with fat free half and half and water.

Today starts the $2.00 burger and small fribble promotion! This is a fantastic promotion. I be getting that one myself, Woo Hoo! I am still able to eat some of the things I want and although I haven’t lost my goal yet I feel confidant that I will. I also know that if I was able to exercise even a little I would reach my goal sooner. My goal is still to weigh 125 pounds, 15 more pounds to lose. I will be doing a great deal of walking this summer. I can see if I’m careful and diligent I will be able to have my cake and eat it too! ( small cake) That is the perfect diet, don’t you agree.

dinner: pills, Friendly’s burger special, small vanilla fribble, small coffee with fat free half and half and water. Better be good for the rest of the night. Off work tomorrow. Still need to make more monetary origami for sweet baby girl. Can’t wait for Sunday!

 

Sun Day

Weight 140 again! So proud and amazed! Doing the happy dance!

30 minutes later: bowl of cinnamon oat cereal with low fat milk, small coffee with fat free half and half, and water. Off today. Beautiful sun day. Down to my sisters. Got stuck behind a race every street was blocked off, I had to travel an extra half hour to back track to get to her house. That was so annoying! I missed Ann Marie but she brought my sister and I a Dunkin Donut coffee and rolls. Heaven! Then we did some shopping, went back for Ghost and went to the park. It was about 70 degrees out. He loves to go to the park and the walk was good for all of us. Earned my supper KFC! Breast meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and a biscuit and water. Ghost is such a cute dog they gave him a chicken tender, he usually isn’t allowed any table food but my sister made an exception today. She was kind of mad because she said we are cute to and no one gave us free food!!!

Came home had a small coffee with fat free creamer and a nap! In work at 8:30 tomorrow hope I can sleep. Made some monetary origami to put in my granddaughters birthday card. Big 1st birthday party next week. Can’t wait for, you guessed it Cake and Ice cream! lol The adventure of Granny Panty continues!!!

Saturday April 18, 2015 Rat Race

Dunkin Donutsam: pills and water

30 minutes later: small coffee with fat free creamer cold cinnamon oat cereal with fat free milk and water.

Off to work, only have bottled water left to bring. Exciting day! I never had to use trays to carry out food so I have a lot of concerns. Trays  are heavy and extra heavy with food and dishes on them. This is almost the entire reason I started the AdvoCare diet. I want to loose weight and be healthier so that the trays will not effect my job or health. Friendly’s awhile back came up with all drinks and dirty dishes were to be carried on trays. Every day I worked I would come home with all types of new aches and pains. I was hoping if I was able to get rid of my stomach half of the problem would be gone. It is very hard for an older woman to combat abdominal fat. That is really my problem area. My legs are strong and skinny. I don’t even have a big butt or hips. As I mentioned in earlier posts I do have a weak back. Well to get back to the subject the YMCA which we share a parking lot with  had something going on with food and pony rides so we were slow, I went home early and only used the tray twice. I will just have to wait and see. I’m a terrible worrier! I will get something stuck in my head and worry. I imagine every type of awful scenario that can happen. (Never even considering a good outcome)

I worked with my friend Sherry today. She is awesome. She tells me she was terrible, she had a Hershey bar and cheese on her eggs! Well just between us, you have seen bad, pizza, donuts, candy, hoagies, ice cream! Oh did I forget to mention ice cream. I’ll get to that later. Anyway Sherry asked me to ring in food for her for her lunch. Guess what she wanted. A BROWNIE SUNDAE! I love her she is awesome, yes girls and boys deep down inside where it really counts we all want brownie sundaes. She tried to promise me she wouldn’t have anything else like that for the rest of the month. (I know the month is almost over) Don’t worry, I’m a good friend, I just couldn’t let her do it. I talked her into a smaller version. Now she can have another small one if she should need it!

dinner: Whole grain pasta, with red clam sauce, and zucchini, a small coffee with fat free creamer, water and vanilla ice cream with raspberry syrup swirled in it 160 calories.

Then went for about a mile and a half walk to, confession time, Dunkin Donuts, where I got a small regular coffee and a jelly donut with powdered sugar. You may say bad but there have been times I would ‘ve got a half dozen donuts and a large regular coffee. So good I say! We also stopped at Turkey Hill and got some lottery tickets. Won $28.00 and a free ticket! WOO HOO Now off to watch a movie without snacks!!!!

 

 

Back to the daily grind

am: pills and water

30 minutes later instant maple oatmeal, small coffee with fat free half and half, two fish pills and water. I don’t think the instant oatmeal was a very good  choice but it only has 160 calories. I was super lazy this morning had to be back to work at 8:00 to clean and get ready for Grand opening. So off to work!

I only have one  coffeechino drink left and no spark. So made the coffeechino to take. They are delicious but more pricey than the Spark!

Friendlys looks awesome! It would remind you of the pictures of the original Friendlys in Massachusetts. The color scheme is red, black and gray. My own kitchen is done in red and gray.  I Love the new look! We did a lot of cleaning and our district manager treated us to pizza hut pizza and wings. I ate two pieces of pizza and one chicken wing. That was super nice of him. Then we finished cleaning , had a meeting and came home. They opened after the meeting but most of us we’re there at 8:00 so it was time to leave. I’m back in tomorrow.

dinner: hamburger with low fat cheese, ketchup, mustard, yellow squash with broccoli lightly buttered, small coffee with fat free half and half, water, two and a half ounces of palmers foiled chocolate Easter eggs. I’m sure it is obvious to everyone but me why I’m not able to lose weight. I swear I’m a victim. What are the chances of your district manager buying you pizza for lunch? I just had to eat some… Oh ya about those foiled eggs, I plead guilty as charged. I’m one of those people who order a million things to eat and get a diet soda to drink with it. Sure I’m all for cutting back where and when I can. I guess my goal will just take a little longer than I anticipated but I really am committed to this! I’ll try harder tomorrow!!!! Forgot my pills, I’m supposed to take them on an empty stomach and its hard to find a time when my stomach is empty. I’m gonna take them before I go to bed. Well it was a good day. Hope you enjoy reading the adventures of Fat Granny Panty! I used to be Fancy Nancy but Fat Granny Panty seems to fit better. lol

hoagiePossible last day off before reopen!

am, pm , who cares, slept late.. oh the glory of not having to work! Any way woke up around 8:00 took pills with water, made coffee, laid back down for a half hour, got up made eggs with broccoli, peppers, chicken and low fat cheese, half a whole grain English muffin ever so lightly buttered, small coffee with low fat half and half, and water. Later in the day went for a nice walk about two miles, came back ordered Steve and Irene’s hoagies! Yes you read it correctly, I had a 12 inch steak and cheese, with mushrooms and marinara on a white hoagie bun. I’m never gonna lose weight that way. I figure I won’t eat anything else today but maybe a half of a meal replacement shake for a snack later and maybe a coffee. I will probably be back to work tomorrow. All the fun and meal cheating will come to an end.  I did remember to take a thermalize pill  30 minutes before consuming the monstrosity of a hoagie! Its probably a fitting punishment to have to return to work after all the bad eating I did. It was a good run while it lasted, and there is always vacation to look forward too! YAH let the fat clothes be ready. Just kidding, I am planning walks, bike rides, gardening veggies, tacos and salads, band practice and swimming! LOVE SUMMER and Love being thin and healthy! Had a great couple of days off!

Max Phase April 14, 2015

Well,  Max Phase doesn’t seem to go the way I had hoped it would. I’ve been off work since Sunday. Been cheating myself! Had a jelly donut and a peanut donut Sat. Sunday I had a Boston Cream donut  and two pieces of pizza. Monday got some half price Easter candy! Today had KFC! More candy today! All total put on two pounds. It really makes you mad I gave up almost all food since what, March when ever. I only lost five pounds over about a month. In four days, not even Big Cheat Days put on two pounds. I was still sticking to the chicken, water, veggie, and a million pills, part of the diet too! It is impossible to keep that up indefinitely! I even went walking. There has to be a better way. If anyone knows a better way please be a pal and clue me in on it! There it is, my big confession.  My rant! The whole unfairness of the world! Don’t worry world I am not beaten yet! I will go back to starvation of sugar again! I think I still have around nine days left. You know what they say no pain no gain! They may be wrong, I didn’t have any pain gaining there is more pain in loosing. If I have anything else to eat today it will probably just be a piece of chicken with a small cup of coffee with fat free creamer.

Tomorrow is another day full of hope and promise. Will keep you posted. We can do this!!!!!!

AdvoCare Max Phase Day 2

Day 2 April 10, 2015

am: blue pack pills and water

30 minutes later: salad, mixed with radish, cabbage, carrots, a chicken breast topped with balsamic vinaigrette, water and a small coffee with fat free creamer.

The pills have a foul taste, you need to take them with plenty of water. Off to work…..

lunch: rest of the pill packets and spark

30 minutes later: vanilla meal replacement. I hate the taste of those pills, ugh! Note to self more water needed.

dinner: I’m starved, two thin pieces of chicken with salsa, sautéed spinach with vinegar, green beans, and water.

I still haven’t lost anymore weight or inches, neither has Sherry. We are still sticking to the rules so its really a mystery to me why we haven’t lost anymore weight. I guess I need to practice some patience! I know at my age it is extremely difficult to loose weight but Sherry is younger than me. Don’t get me wrong I’m grateful for what I lost and am relieved I didn’t put it back on!

AdvoCare Max Phase Day One

April 9. 2015

am: blue pack and water

30 minutes later: white pack, vanilla replacement shake made with almond milk, water and small coffee with fat free half and half

lunch: other blue pack and water

30 minutes later: other white pack, water, one slice flax and whole grain toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and water

I’m not sure why but something gave me stinky flatulence! Glad I’m off today! Just sitting around the house waiting for the furnace repair man to fix a leak in my furnace. Hope the air clears, lol

The repair man came and fixed the furnace, so now I’m free and off to go shopping.

Home now picked up two pair of pants from Sally’s. One is for now and one is to shrink into (size 10) I could squeeze into them now but they are snug. This will keep me motivated.

dinner: sautéed spinach with vinegar, brussel sprouts,  mixed veggies, zucchini, yellow squash, and  peppers left from last night, a small hamburger with low fat cheese and ketchup, and water.

snack: small coffee with fat free creamer and four foiled Hersey chocolate eggs. (Not even a full serving, there are seven in a serving size.) I’m still craving a sweet so I may have a warmed apple with cinnamon and nutmeg later!

My first day went very well! I’m pleased with my success so far. I’m really hopeful. It’s nice to be able to be proud of myself for a change.

AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge

Spark, to busy for lunch!

My awesome sponsor Gloria said who ever lost the most, she would work with and give the max phase pack free too. Well I didn’t loose the most, Sherry did. I am really happy for her she looks so good. It turns out that the next phase has a little caffeine and Sherry can’t  have caffeine. So that makes me the lucky winner by default! With my back being the way it is I’m not able to do the exercises, so Sherry will work out and I will do the max phase. Just between us I am the real winner, its like losing weight sitting on the couch while poor Sherry works her butt off. I’m psyched. I can do this!!! I will start first thing tomorrow morning.

dinner: 3 catalyst pills, 2 fish pills and water.

30 minutes later: chicken breast with salsa, brussel sprouts , and a mixture of zucchini, yellow squash and orange peppers sautéed and water!

snack: small coffee with fat free creamer and 2 lousy banana cookies.

I’m super excited about my new phase! Check back for results. Re checked my weight back at 140 must have been a fluctuation! ugh….
