Good morning. Lets begin our day with a cup of coffee, some cream and one sugar. A diet plan that doesn’t allow coffee will never work for me. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life living without the foods I love to eat so I’m going to try and fit them in and still lose my goal. I’m fortunate enough to have and be able to use an exercise bicycle. I also have a mountain bike for spring and summer. I really enjoy riding so I’m going to take advantage of my love for riding as my main form of exercise. I also play the bass guitar and have found while playing it makes you very warm and an hour or so can go by without me even being aware. What ever you enjoy doing can be at least a distraction from food and hopefully you can accomplish some sort of goal and have fun doing so. A win, win situation. Try and stay busy. Get outside, walk a local trail, do yard work, read a book, draw a picture, clean, start a blog, get a dog, get up and move around.
When I was young I was super skinny, I could eat anything and never put on a pound. I was a size zero. Slowly over the years and pregnancies that gradually increased to a twelve sometimes fourteen and I’m only five four feet tall and shrinking. I am a waitress so I’m extremely active at work and rarely if not never eat anything while working. I’m too busy and not allowed. After the advocare diet I learned to cut back on what I eat so I’m a little surprised I regained the weight. Last August I found out I had gallstones and had to have my gallbladder removed. I was told I could experience a number of difficulties but so far gas and constipation are the only few. So while dieting you need to keep health issues you may experience in mind. It really is a drag to get old. Recently I’ve heard your not the same person you were before literately your cells overall change and your a different person! If this is true why can’t I be a slender new person right? That’s all I have for today so have a happy Sunday. Keep busy and watch how much you consume and Love Yourself most of all.
