Day 2

am 3 catalyst water

breakfast: fiber drink, small coffee, water, oatmeal with half banana

Off to work. I’m not energized like yesterday, actually I feel like crap. My head hurts, I’m dizzy, weak …

have a spark, snow peas, radish, meal replacement shake

Still feel lousy, so I take some advil

Awhile later start to feel some what better, but leave work early. Still have a slight headache and seeing white spots. When I get home I get a call from my advocare sponsor, she tells me to eat some carbs. I have just about given carbs up, like an idiot! So I make a dash to the store. Of course I don’t have any healthy carbs at my house. I pick up some whole wheat bread and brown rice.

dinner: 3 catalyst, water

chicken sandwich, with spinach, salsa, on whole wheat bread, small coffee with almond milk, 2 fish pills, water

It’s amazing, I almost instantly feel better! I can do this.

snack: apple microwaved with cinnamon and nutmeg, water

before bed: 3 herbal cleanse tablets

Then off to work, I’m a server. Yes, a perfect place for food. Not just any restaurant either, an ice cream  restaurant with all the toppings!!

lunch: spark, water, radish, snow peas meal replacement shake

The day went great. I had plenty of energy.

before dinner 3 catalyst and water

dinner: canned mackerel, celery, garlic, peppers, salsa,

salad} spinach, lettuce, grapes, apple, almonds, sprinkled with lemon juice

small coffee, water, 2 fish pills, banana

before bed, 3 herbal pills, water

Awesome day, I can do this!
